I offer one-to-one support for athletes, working collaboratively to manage performance anxiety, confidence slumps, and resilience under pressure. I also work closely with coaches to enhance team dynamics and communication, helping them bring out the best in their athletes. In addition, I support individuals in the creative arts – musicians, actors and dancers — helping them to manage performance anxiety, overcome creative blocks, and optimize their mental performance so they can thrive in high-pressure environments.
