I work with people who are tired of feeling like they “should be coping by now” but secretly feel like they’re falling apart. If you are looking for a therapist who brings warmth, quiet listening, energy and positivity into the room, you will feel at ease here. Clients often tell me my sessions feel lighter and more energising than they expected, and that they leave the room feeling calmer, even when we’re working on heavier topics.
My ideal clients are adolescents and adults who feel weighed down by anxiety, stress, or self-doubt and long for relief. They may struggle with overthinking, perfectionism, low confidence, or feeling “stuck” in patterns that no longer serve them. What they want most is clarity, calm, and the confidence to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease. Their goals are to feel more balanced, build healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with what matters most to them. They come to therapy seeking both understanding and practical tools—hoping to not just cope, but to grow, heal, and move forward with purpose. I help individuals explore and understand what they are experiencing and how it is impacting their emotional, physical and mental well-being.
I support individuals who constantly criticise themselves and struggle to switch off, helping them feel calmer in their own minds and make decisions without second-guessing everything. For those who’ve experienced challenging circumstances, I provide a safe space to rebuild trust in themselves, their bodies, and their relationships, without rushing them to share more than they’re ready for. I also work with individuals who feel disconnected, numb, or constantly on edge, helping them make sense of their experiences and find a space where they don’t have to hold it all together.
Having personal experience of attending therapy myself, I know first-hand how daunting it can feel to begin the process. I can truly relate to the anxiety, uncertainty, and vulnerability that often come with taking that first step. Because I’ve been on the other side of the room, I understand what it’s like to walk in with worries about whether you’ll be understood, whether it will help, or even what to expect. This allows me to approach my work with empathy, patience, and a genuine respect for the courage it takes to start therapy. After a decade working in retail, I understand how stress, exhaustion, and pressure can quietly build up over time. Whether it’s dealing with constant demands, long hours, or simply the expectation to keep going no matter what, these experiences can leave you feeling drained and stuck. Therapy with me isn’t about rushing, it’s about grounding, reconnecting, and finding space to breath.
Picture life with less strain: clearer thinking, calmer mornings, and greater confidence in your choices. Therapy provides the tools and support to make that possibility a reality. I am most passionate about helping adolescents and adults who feel weighed down by anxiety, stress, or self-doubt and longs for relief.
